Terms of Use
Last updated: October 26, 2026
By downloading or using the Saycue app (“Saycue”, “the app”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The app
Saycue is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Please keep copies of anything important.
Subscriptions and free trials
- Subscriptions, free trials, renewals and refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store and are subject to their rules.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel at any time from your Google Play or App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If you start a free trial and don't cancel before it ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
Your content
You own the scripts and recordings you create, and you are responsible for them. Don't use Saycue to create or share content that is illegal or that infringes other people's rights.
AI assistant
The AI assistant generates text automatically. Its output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Review it before you use it; you are responsible for how you use it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
